Responsibilities

You will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers providing HR support on all aspects of operational HR. The primary objectives of the role are assisting the full range of administrative processes of the employees’ HR lifecycle and other HR tasks and duties as directed.

• Possess higher educational qualifications in HRM from a recognized Institute (Part qualified degree/diploma)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of HR
• Sound knowledge in MS Office applications, the internet and email 
• A very good knowledge of written and spoken English 
• A pleasant disposition and a team player

• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
• Demonstrable leadership abilities

• Very good networking, communication and analytical skills
• Be willing to learn and develop  
• Presentation skills
• Living in or in close proximity to Rajagiriya would be advantageous
