You will be engaged in;

• Installing, configuring and supporting the organization's LAN, WAN, and VPN
• Handle user requests related to systems and network
• Troubleshooting in Windows / Linux in-house and/or on cloud platforms
• Make Backups and do restorations when required on the in-house file systems and cloud storage
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date IT asset Inventory/documents/records
• Daily activities to maintain good health of the Cloud Environments, Server Racks, and other systems including PCs
• System migration from in-house to cloud
• Fair Knowledge of Google Workspace management

Candidate should have;

• Experience in installing and configuring local area network
• Hands-on experience in DNS, DHCP and Windows Working Environment 
• Hands-on experience in Linux Mail Server Environment 
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills in networks and Windows Environment 
• Knowledge about Cross-platforms (Cloud and inhouse computing)
• Fair Knowledge of Cloud computing related technology
• Fair knowledge of computer hardware / networking
• Excellent communication skills (writing and verbal)

Skills & Qualifications;

• University Diploma /Degree in IT, Computer Systems or Networking or a related area is highly desirable
• Past experience in installing, configuring Windows/OS based systems and environments would be advantageous
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and assisting users on windows-based end points
• Solid experience working with Google Workspace and Azure
• Solid knowledge in networking and end point security
• Good scripting skills in power shell
• Good communication skills
• Experience working with Linux/Unix based environments will be an added advantage
• Living in close proximity to Rajagiriya would be advantageous
